A matter is opened only after Ingleside accepts the scope, obtains required authorization, and completes the required engagement and payment steps.

Ingleside Health is a medical evaluation service. It does not represent veterans, file claims, prepare legal arguments, or provide legal advice. Veterans should consult a VA-accredited attorney, claims agent, VSO, or other qualified representative for claim strategy.
No medical emergency use
This website is not for emergency care or crisis support. Anyone in immediate danger should call emergency services or use an appropriate crisis resource.
No promised result
Fees are paid for the review and evaluation process, not for a particular conclusion. Ingleside does not guarantee a favorable opinion, VA rating, benefit award, immigration outcome, insurance approval, or other result.
Records and secure intake
Do not send medical records through the website contact form. If a matter proceeds, Ingleside will provide secure intake instructions. Records sent outside the requested process may be rejected, deleted, or excluded from the final review.
Final terms control
Engagement letters, authorizations, payment terms, and privacy notices provided during intake control the specific matter. These website terms are general public-facing terms.
