Ingleside Health provides nexus letters for PTSD, mental-health, and selected medical conditions. A physician reviews your file, writes the opinion when the evidence supports one, and signs the final version for you or your accredited representative to submit.

Services are currently available only to adults age 18 or older who are physically located in Illinois or Texas when professional services are provided. Continuing to intake or submitting information does not mean that a matter has been accepted. We confirm location, eligibility, conflicts, and scope before substantive professional work begins.

Ingleside does not provide ongoing treatment, legal representation, or claims filing. Any professional relationship is limited to an accepted records-review or written-opinion engagement.

How to get your nexus letter
Four steps from records to a signed opinion.

Client intake
Use Betula's Box-hosted Form to provide the requested information and upload your service records, medical records, C&P reports, decision letters, and relevant statements.

We build the medical file
We organize the evidence around VA medical-opinion requirements. The physician reviews the file and decides whether an opinion can be supported.

Review your draft
If a letter is medically supportable, we send you a draft. You can flag factual errors, missing records, or history that was misunderstood.

Receive the signed letter
The physician considers your factual comments, completes the medical opinion, and signs the final letter for you or your accredited representative to submit.

The $500 initial physician records-review fee is non-refundable if you cancel after Dr. Craig begins substantive physician review, even if the review is not yet complete. Administrative screening, file receipt, scheduling, and payment alone do not count as substantive physician review. If you cancel before that review begins, or Ingleside declines or cannot provide the agreed initial review, we refund that fee. A completed review that does not support the requested opinion is still a performed review and does not qualify for a refund on that basis. If an opinion is clinically supportable and you choose to proceed, the remaining $1,000 is due before final work is completed. Refunds required by law remain available. These terms apply to new engagements and do not replace an existing matter's signed fee terms.
