Plain fees for VA review work.

This pricing applies to VA psychiatric records review and written clinical opinions. The fee pays for the review process, not a particular conclusion and not a VA outcome.

Total standard fee

$1,500

Covers records review, record review summary, factual clarification, final clinician review, and a signed opinion when Dr. Craig can support one.

To open the matter

$500

Non-refundable record review fee, required after veteran authorization and credited toward the total fee.

Before final review

$1,000

Due only if the client elects to continue after the record review summary.

If the client stops after review

The client may stop after the record review summary. In that case, no additional balance is due. The $500 record review fee remains non-refundable.

What is not included

  • Legal advice
  • Guaranteed favorable opinion
  • Guaranteed rating, award, or service connection

DBQs, clinical interviews, rebuttals, addenda, urgent deadlines, unusually large record sets, and multi-issue matters are scoped manually rather than priced through the standard VA workflow.
