When you submit an inquiry, Ingleside collects the information you enter, such as name, email address, phone number, state, role, matter type, and the text of the inquiry. The public form should not be used for medical records or detailed protected health information.
How inquiries are used
Inquiry information is used to respond, screen for fit, prevent spam, and decide whether to begin a secure intake process. Ingleside does not sell inquiry information or use it for third-party advertising.
Secure records
If a matter proceeds, records are collected through a secure intake process separate from the public website form. The intake documents explain authorization, permitted disclosures, retention, and who may receive the work product.
Website hosting and email
This website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry email delivery may use a transactional email provider. These vendors process limited website and submission data as service providers for the site.
Analytics and cookies
The site is intended to avoid advertising pixels and behaviorally targeted tracking. Basic hosting logs may still record technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages requested, and timestamps.
