Referral flow

1. 1. The veteran or an authorized representative uses the Box-hosted intake.
2. 2. Ingleside confirms location, conflicts, scope, and who will pay.
3. 3. The veteran signs authorization before records are used or disclosed.
4. 4. The selected payer submits the $500 records-review payment.
5. 5. The physician begins the accepted records review.

Payment structure

The standard psychiatric records-review and opinion service is $1,500 total, including the records review. The $500 records review fee is the first payment toward that total. The remaining $1,000 is due before final clinician review and signed opinion delivery if the client elects to continue.

The $500 initial physician records-review fee is non-refundable if you cancel after Dr. Craig begins substantive physician review, even if the review is not yet complete. Administrative screening, file receipt, scheduling, and payment alone do not count as substantive physician review. If you cancel before that review begins, or Ingleside declines or cannot provide the agreed initial review, we refund that fee. A completed review that does not support the requested opinion is still a performed review and does not qualify for a refund on that basis. If an opinion is clinically supportable and you choose to proceed, the remaining $1,000 is due before final work is completed. Refunds required by law remain available. These terms apply to new engagements and do not replace an existing matter's signed fee terms.

Independence

Ingleside does not accept contingency fees or outcome-based compensation. If the records do not support the requested opinion, the physician will not sign that opinion.
