Attorneys and claims agents
A clean referral path for VA psychiatric review.
Ingleside accepts VA psychiatric records review referrals from attorneys and accredited claims agents. The veteran still controls authorization, records access, and who may receive the final work product.
Referral flow
- 1. Attorney or agent submits a short matter inquiry.
- 2. Ingleside confirms fit and who will pay.
- 3. Veteran signs authorization before records are accepted.
- 4. The selected payer submits the $500 record review fee.
- 5. Records are uploaded through secure intake.
Payment structure
The standard VA fee is $1,500. The $500 record review fee opens the matter and is credited toward the total. The $1,000 balance is due before final clinician review and signed opinion delivery if the client elects to continue.
What you receive
- Record review summary with gaps or questions
- Opportunity to submit factual clarification
- Final clinician review by Dr. Craig
- Signed written opinion when clinically supportable
- Record list identifying what was considered
Independence
Ingleside does not accept contingency fees or outcome-based compensation. If the records do not support the requested opinion, Dr. Craig will not sign that opinion.
